Possible Criminal Activity By USPS Employees Waste Fraud Abuse at the United States Postal Service in Orlando, Florida Waterford Lakes USPS

Below is a video of a USPS employee during a mail package pickup at my residence on March 15, 2025. Notice the small flat rate white box that he places beside the tube after he "scanned it"? Click on the video below to see for yourself.

Well that package was not scanned. It disappeared. Since there is no pickup scan as far as the USPS is concerned it was never shipped. Therefore USPS insurance is void. The package contained a rather expensive item. I am not a wealthy man. I am just a hard working small business owner trying to put food on the table and take care of my family. The POSSIBLE theft of this package by a USPS employee has cost me and my family a week's worth of income. This happens quite often but I never get used to it. The financial loss hits me and my family very hard, every time.

Here is a link to this packages tracking history on the USPS Website. Other than showing the time I bought and printed the label there is no tracking.

I called the Tampa USPS district office who is in charge of the Orlando USPS. I explained the situation to a not so pleasant representative. She repeatedly told me she can not help me with a case number. I asked her to leave a message to a representative that had helped me in the past when I had issues with the same Waterford Lakes Facility. That representative never emailed or called me back.

Ok, so next step. I called the USPS Inspector General's Office to report possible USPS employee theft of a package. They opened a USPS case with the destination USPS facility. Case # 76197610 I was like ok, I am calling to report possible theft by a USPS employee. Isn't the US Postal Inspector supposed to investigate this? Two days later I get an email asking me to rate my experience of this case. That means the case was closed without an email, phone call or anything. No investigation by anyone. Tracking number of the stolen package is

9410808105462576773214

Since this carrier is part time he does not pick up my mail often. Today April 21rst at 3:56 PM he pulled in my driveway, I brought a bin of mail to the back of his truck. He quickly scanned (maybe) the packages and grabbed the bin, I said hold on I need to see the count on your counter. He said "Nope". No other carrier has an issue with showing me their scanner so I can verify that the number of packages in the bin match the number of packages on his scanner. I pulled the mail away from him and brought it back inside. I was not about to let him take my mail without seeing that he scanned them all.

I made one last attempt to get the USPS to investigate this carrier. At 4:45 PM EST on 4/21/2025 I called the Inspector Generals office at 1-877-876-2455 and a very nice lady took all my information and said a case would be opened. We will see what happens. This is my second and last attempt to get the USPS to investigate this before I make a report with the Sheriff's office and meet with Ashley Moody's staff (my Senator) to discuss this and other issues.

Here I have concrete and clear evidence that a rather valuable package was picked up by a USPS employee then disappeared and the USPS simply does not care and REFUSES to investigate.

In the past when I had numerous similar issues with the USPS I met with who was then my Senator Marco Rubio's office in an effort to get some help with all my USPS problems. I showed them a thick stack of papers of all the issues I was having. Within days Senator Rubio opened a Congressional Investigation and pretty much right away all the USPS Managers who had ignored, laughed, and ridiculed me began calling me assuring me they would fix the issues. They did fix the issues right away and I am grateful. I learned real fast that going up the USPS chain of command is a waste of time.
